By using Santa.mov, you agree to these terms.

  • Service Description: Santa.mov uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized video messages based on your text instructions.
  • No Guarantees: While we strive for quality, AI generation can be unpredictable. You accept that the final video may contain visual artifacts, audio glitches, or unexpected interpretations of your prompt. Generation times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Refund Policy: Since every video incurs immediate GPU and API costs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for stylistic preferences or minor AI artifacts. If a technical error prevents video delivery entirely, please contact us for a resolution.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the inputs you provide. You must not generate illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or explicit content. We reserve the right to ban users who violate this rule.
  • Intellectual Property: You own the rights to the text you submit. By using the service, you grant us a license to process, host, and display your generated content to provide the service.
  • Limitation of Liability: The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Santa.mov is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and only collect what is needed to run the service.

  • Data We Collect:
    • Inputs: Your text prompts, choice of character, and uploaded images (if any).
    • Contact: Your email address (for delivery and authentication).
    • Usage: Technical logs and basic analytics to improve the app.
  • Data Sharing (AI Providers): To generate your video, we strictly share your necessary inputs (text, audio) with our AI infrastructure partners: Fal.ai (video), ElevenLabs (audio), and OpenAI (scripting). They process this data solely to generate your content.
  • Payments: Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card details.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for session management (logging in to manage your videos) and analytics.
  • Data Retention: We store your generated videos so you can share them. You can delete your videos permanently at any time via the "Manage" menu on your video page.
